Brokerage Assignments/Transactions:

  • Represented seller of 497 unit self storage facility in Mc Dounough, GA (2014)
  • Represented seller of newly completed 22 unit apartement community in Macon, GA (2013-2014)
  • Represented purchaser of a vacant Kroger and adjoining retail property for placement of an Academy Sports unit. Warner Robins GA (2011-2012)
  • Represented seller of newly completed 22 unit apartment community in Macon, GA (2013-2014)
  • Represented seller of a 68 unit ALF / independent seniors facility $5.4 million in the Southeast. (2010-2011)
  • Negotiated a complex multiple property lease of a 100 unit A.L.F. coupled with options to purchase along with sale of the business Macon GA (2009-2010)
  • Negotiated the contract to sell 22.5 acres for use as a 224 unit luxury apartment site Bibb County GA (2009-2011)
  • Negotiated the incremental acquisition of a prime 75 acre commercial tract for the area’s largest auto dealer to relocate its Toyota, Lexus and BMW dealerships. Acted as site developer for the 30 acres to contain these dealerships. Such advisory work included extensive involvement with engineers, grading contractor and also with environmental consultants to obtain Corps of Engineers and GA EPD stream encroachment and wetlands approvals. Bibb County GA (2004-2007)
  • Negotiated and co-brokered the $8.5 million sale and arranged assumption of debt for 87,000 Sq. Ft Summit at the Mall Shopping Center Macon GA (2007)

  • Summit Center at the Mall LLLP, et al (sale of shopping center)
  • The Villas at College Hill Assisted Living Community (sale of a business)
  • Butler Family Holdings, LLLP (land use and site planning; proposal reviews and contract structuring)
  • Panera Bread Company & Kinkos/FedEx (provided investor full lease abstracting analysis and acquisition advise relative to leases and potential purchase)
  • 80,000 square foot shopping center sale presentation (provided narrative presentation, income statement structuring and rent roll structure for owner/broker)
