Baxter Evans and Company is a commercial real estate firm located in Macon, Georgia. Since 1968, we have specialized in commercial and investment properties and are best known for our methodical and knowledgeable procedures in approaching business. From 1972-1988 we syndicated and managed numerous area income properties. In 1988, the property management portfolio was sold in order to concentrate more on special assignments and project development, facets of the industry we have focused on since 1980. Brokerage, Sales and Leasing land since 1980. Created well over $250 Million in property value creation.
Our current focus is selective personalized commercial brokerage assignments for equally select clients, as well as corporate relationships, most of which occur within Georgia and the Southeastern Region. Any services provided outside the state of Georgia which require state licensure are undertaken through licensed and qualified brokers in that state.
