Warner Robins GA (2011-2012)<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Represented seller of newly completed 22 unit apartment community in Macon, GA (2013-2014)<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Represented seller of a 68 unit ALF \/ independent seniors facility $5.4 million in the Southeast. (2010-2011)<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Negotiated a complex multiple property lease of a 100 unit A.L.F. coupled with options to purchase along with sale of the business Macon GA (2009-2010)<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Negotiated the contract to sell 22.5 acres for use as a 224 unit luxury apartment site Bibb County GA (2009-2011)<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Negotiated the incremental acquisition of a prime 75-acre commercial tract for the area\u2019s largest auto dealer to relocate its Toyota, Lexus and BMW dealerships. Acted as site developer for the 30 acres to contain these dealerships. Such management services work included extensive involvement with engineers, grading contractors and environmental consultants to obtain Corps of Engineers and GA EPD stream encroachment and wetlands approvals.
